Because we specialize in sourcing a highly diverse, unique, and fast-moving selection of items, all listings are subject to limited availability.
  • Cross-Listing Disclaimer: Many of our items are cross-listed simultaneously on other popular online marketplaces. In the rare event that an item sells on multiple platforms at the exact same time before inventory can be manually updated, we reserve the right to cancel the order and issue an immediate, full refund.
  • Item Condition: We accurately describe and photograph all item conditions (including new, open-box, or pre-owned goods). Please review all photos and descriptions carefully before purchasing.
2. Pricing & Errors
We strive for absolute accuracy, but occasional pricing or typographical errors may occur. We reserve the right to cancel any orders placed for an item listed at an incorrect price due to a system glitch or data entry error. If an item is canceled due to a pricing error, you will be notified immediately and refunded in full.
3. Accuracy of Billing & Account Information
You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all transactions. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order if we suspect fraudulent activity or if your billing details do not match your payment processing verification data.
4. Shipping, Customs, & Fulfillment
All purchases are subject to our Shipping Policy. Risk of loss and title for items purchased pass to you upon our delivery of the items to the shipping carrier. We are not liable for packages delayed or lost due to carrier issues or customs delays. Any international import duties, taxes, or clearance fees are the sole responsibility of the buyer.
5. Returns, Refunds, & Claims
All cancellation, damage, or refund claims are strictly governed by our Refund Policy. We do not accept physical returns or product exchanges. Damaged, defective, or incorrect items will be evaluated for a direct refund upon receiving your photo verification within 14 days of delivery.
